Now you can rent a home in Richmond without paying $500 a month.

The city announced on Thursday that it is allowing people to rent cars for $500, with the goal of making it easier for people to buy a home and live in the city.

The move is part of a wider push to make the city a more attractive place for people who want to buy.

It also comes as city council is preparing to take up a budget that will provide more incentives for residents to live and work in the Richmond area.

Richmond Mayor Malcolm Brodie said the city has worked with Richmond County on a new “smart car leasing program” that would allow residents to lease cars for a monthly fee of $500.

It’s part of an effort to reduce car dependency in the community, said Brodie.

“We want to make sure that we’re supporting people in a very responsible way, and we’re also encouraging people to consider other options,” he said.

“The smart car leasing process is one of the best ways to encourage people to stay in the region,” said Brodo.

“I think this is another important step in that direction.”

In April, Richmond officials announced a new car rental program that would offer rental vehicles in the same way as a hotel room or car.

The program will allow residents of Richmond to rent one vehicle at a time for $150 per month, but will not allow them to rent an additional vehicle, such as a van or pickup.

The city said people who rent cars in Richmond will receive a one-time fee of up to $100 per month to cover vehicle maintenance and insurance.

The plan will also allow residents who rent vehicles for a second time to purchase a second vehicle for the same price.

The Richmond Regional Housing Authority (RRHHA) said it would begin offering a new vehicle rental program for Richmond residents at the end of the month.

“This is an opportunity to provide more affordable options for those who want a second home in the area and we want to support as many of those who are looking to purchase and live here as possible,” said Rob Woodhouse, RRHHA director of economic development.

“Renters who wish to rent their own vehicle in the new program can do so at no cost to them and will be able to use the same payment methods as before.”

Rental cars in the downtown core will be offered for a discounted rate of $200 per month and will require a minimum of six months’ rent.

Residents can use the app on their smartphone or tablet and select the city’s preferred car rental facility.

They will be sent an email with the rental fee and a confirmation number.

The app will allow customers to schedule a rental appointment, pay their vehicle deposit and start renting their vehicle within 15 minutes.

Rental car rentals can be booked through the RRHAA website or by calling the Rental Car Center at 604-733-4500.

“We are excited to offer a variety of rental car options to our residents, and this program is another way to help our residents make a smart decision in their next move,” said Richard Williams, executive director of the RPHA.
